These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jililuck22 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jililuck22 ("jililuck22," "we," "our," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the jililuck22 online gaming platform accessible at jililuck22.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In any conflict between an English version and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the jililuck22 Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jililuck22 Platform is operated for and directed to players located in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm you are accessing the Platform from within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of access.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player may hold only one (1) jililuck22 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jililuck22 reserves the right to permanently ban all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of multi-accounting.
3.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your actual date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). jililuck22 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport) and a selfie for facial matching. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period stipulated by jililuck22 may result in account restrictions.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililuck22 Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. jililuck22 will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jililuck22 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jililuck22 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access where the Player failed to maintain the security of their credentials or failed to report a known breach promptly.
4.3 Account Accuracy. You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate. Name, date of birth, and registered mobile number must match your identity verification documents at all times. Discrepancies between Account information and KYC documents may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending resolution.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jililuck22 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after prior written notice, consistent with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Accounts with zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed.
5.1 Accepted Methods. jililuck22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the Account wallet section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. No maximum deposit limit applies to verified accounts, subject to PAGCOR anti-money laundering thresholds.
5.3 Own Funds. You agree that all funds deposited to your jililuck22 Account are from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or allowing a third party to deposit funds on your behalf, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the jililuck22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied. The balance displayed in your Account wallet reflects your exact PHP holdings.
5.5 Failed Transactions. jililuck22 is not responsible for failed deposits caused by issues with your payment provider, network connectivity, or insufficient funds. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your jililuck22 wallet, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered under the same identity as the verified Account. jililuck22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts with a clean transaction history, subject to applicable PAGCOR thresholds.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are targeted for completion within five (5) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jililuck22 does not guarantee exact processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider processing queues, public holidays, or security review requirements.
6.4 Wagering Requirements. Funds credited as bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds that are not subject to pending wagering requirements are available for immediate withdrawal. Review the bonus terms accompanying each promotion for applicable wagering requirements.
6.5 Verification of Withdrawal Requests. jililuck22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or updated identity verification, where required for compliance with PAGCOR regulations or anti-money laundering obligations.
7.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by jililuck22 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms & Conditions apply generally; specific bonus terms govern in cases of conflict regarding a particular promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum bet per spin or hand while wagering bonus funds are stated in the relevant offer terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available once per Player, per household, and per device. Use of multiple accounts, shared IP addresses, or other methods to claim a new player offer more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
7.4 Bonus Forfeiture. jililuck22 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, breached these Terms, or exploited a promotional offer in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
7.5 Modification of Offers. jililuck22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an Account at the time of modification are governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
8.1 Certified RNG. All games on the jililuck22 Platform that use Random Number Generators (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories under PAGCOR oversight. Slot spins, card draws, roulette spins, bingo draws, and other RNG-dependent outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jililuck22 or by any Player.
8.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the jililuck22 Platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
8.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or other system failure that affects a game outcome, jililuck22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operative standard.
8.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on the jililuck22 Platform are governed by dedicated sports betting rules, including rules on event cancellations, void bets, settlement timelines, and in-play betting restrictions. These rules are accessible within the Sports section of the Platform.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililuck22 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
10.1 All content on the jililuck22 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name jililuck22, logos, graphical elements, game software, user interface designs, text, and trade marks — is owned by or licensed to jililuck22 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of jililuck22.
11.1 The jililuck22 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jililuck22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jililuck22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to system malfunction, network errors, or service interruption.
11.3 jililuck22's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jililuck22's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jililuck22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. We recognize that a small number of people experience gambling-related harm and have implemented tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.
12.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jililuck22 Account holders through the Account Settings section:
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude from jililuck22 must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and Philippine gaming regulations. jililuck22 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusions across its Platform.
13.1 By jililuck22. jililuck22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or direction by PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, any Real Money Funds held in the Account wallet (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, unless the termination is for cause involving fraud, illegal activity, or material breach, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory notification.
13.3 By the Player. Players may request closure of their jililuck22 Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method prior to closure.
14.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by jililuck22 is governed by the jililuck22 Privacy Policy, available at jililuck22.app/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14.2 By registering for a jililuck22 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of KYC documentation required under PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
15.1 jililuck22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or to the registered mobile number associated with the Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
15.2 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any activity on your Account governs that activity. Continued use of the jililuck22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the jililuck22 Platform shall first be submitted to jililuck22's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction.
16.3 Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome or technical error, jililuck22's records — including server logs, RNG certification data, and transaction records — shall be the primary source of evidence, subject to any contrary findings by an independent certified auditor.
